Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is a type of bankruptcy case where the debtor is proposing to make payments to creditors on a monthly basis. These payments can range from 36 months to 60 months and generally do not pay the creditors in full.

Our normal hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (we close at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays). We will do our best to work with your schedule and after-hour and early morning appointments are available.
